Higher education sector – a provider as listed in subdivision 16-b of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 and providers as determined by the Minister under section 16-35 of HESA.
The default value for Table A HEP providers would be ‘1’.
VET sector – Registered training organisations listed on training.gov.au.
