VET providers reporting the 4‑digit narrow field of education code consistent with those published on Training.gov.au should include two trailing zeros.
Applications and Offers only
Offer Details (OD)
HEPs / TACs - data is required in all submissions.
Preference Details (PD)
HEPs - data is required in both submissions.
TACs - data is required in detailed submissions but discretionary in preliminary submission.
