Overview
VET Providers approved under the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) must report data for students in certain accredited vocational educational and training (VET) courses.
The VET Course Completions (VCC) submission contains information regarding student course completions for the reporting year.
Timing
All eligible students must be included in this submission, irrespective of whether they choose to access VET FEE‑HELP or not.
Timing of submissions is detailed in the Reporting Schedule for the relevant reporting year.

Records to be included
Each record in this submission must have a unique combination of the following values:
There must be a related course on the Course of Study (VCO) file for the reporting year.
