Coding notes
For current courses, the projected average cost of one full time student load (1 EFTSL) in the upcoming academic years prices is based on the average (arithmetic mean) cost of the current year’s actual first year full time student course load.
For new courses, the projected average cost is derived based on the tuition fee for a full time student load (1 EFTSL) for a first year student.
When reporting the indicative tuition fee on E496 for the course that is:
- 1 EFTSL or more - report the average annual fee; or
- less than 1 EFTSL - report the actual fee calculated as a percentage of 1 EFTSL
All fees must be based on the average cost of 1 EFTSL.
