Scheduled validations
Scheduled Validation Providers are encouraged to continue to resolve scheduled validation errors.

Scheduled validations identify issues with reported data and are designed to ensure records are complete, correct, and consistent. Unresolved scheduled validations may prevent loans from transferring to the ATO and may impact publications and provider payments. 

Scheduled validations appear on the Provider notifications report in TCSI Analytics and will remain on your table until the relevant validation has been resolved. Some providers may also be able to view notifications in their student management software.

How TCSI Support is helping you

TCSI Support appreciates providers’ on-going efforts to resolve scheduled validations. TCSI Support is conducting reviews of providers with a high number of scheduled validations and sending an email to their TCSI primary and secondary contacts. The email shares the top three validation error messages which are causing the bulk of scheduled validations for the provider.

Please keep an eye out for one of these emails as we look forward to supporting you to ensure your records are complete.
